Level-wound coils
Level-wound coils are a particularly economical form for the industrial processing of copper tubes. It allows you to enhance your machine run times, diminish setup times and at the same time reduce the amount of processing waste.
Copper tubes in level-wound coils are used in various application areas. Our product range includes different product qualities that solve custom-designed problems.
Dimensional range
- outer diameter: 5 – 28 mm
- wall thickness: 0.25 – 1.25 mm
- condition: hard or soft
- materials: Cu-DHP, SE-Cu, SF-Cu, OF-Cu, CuFe2P
Form of delivery
- level-wound coils: max. coil weight approx. 300 kg
- with / without cardboard real for vertical or horizontal decoiling
Special qualities
- cuproclima® - quality standard for coiled copper tubes for the refrigeration/air conditioning industry
- superclean® - extremely clean inner surface for the refrigeration/air conditioning industry
- solarclean® – copper tube for solar absorber production
- cuproclean® – for open fresh water circuits
- cuproform® - copper tubes with extremely good forming properties
Wieland can supply a convenient handling system for easy handling of the layered coils.
